• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment, to ensure that subsequent appointments can start on time. Late arrivals may be subject to the full service charge.
